Lori Leland Snapshot (“we,” “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you give us: your name and email address when you request a free resource or buy, and the details you send us when you contact support.
Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we don’t store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel.
If you request a free resource, we’ll send you that resource and a short series of related emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it promptly. Purchase receipts and download emails are sent even after you unsubscribe from marketing.
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — our marketing and email platform, our payment processor, our web host and advertising platforms such as Meta — and only as needed for those services, or when the law requires it.
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure our pages and ads. You can limit cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, under the GDPR in Europe or state privacy laws in the United States.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Our products are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date shows the latest version.
